At Kaleidos Makeup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that your request falls within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and mail them back to our fulfillment center using a tracked shipping service.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
